Rate Information
Our policy is to not publish rates on the internet. Generally, all work is performed at a competitive fixed hourly rate plus expenses. A higher rate applies to actual time under oath such as depositions and trail testimony. A minimum of four hours (payable in advance) is usually required for each individual case or claim. Initial phone calls and email to establish a "meeting of the minds" are free of charge
